Dennis provides each Hallmark Homes customer with assistance in planning for the legal and financial aspects of purchasing a new Hallmark Home and oversees the entire process of developing your dream home into a reality.

Prior to founding Hallmark Homes in 1980, he worked on management teams that were responsible for the planning, development and marketing of numerous Canadian and U.S. housing developments and subdivisions involving diverse housing types which included tract and custom homes, condominiums and single and multiple housing projects that resulted in thousands of residences being built.

While a member of the Manitoba Home Builders Association and Director of the Canadian Home Builders Association he was instrumental in the development of a National Marketing Council and served as Chairman. The Council objective was the advancement of education for new home sales personnel. He also contributed to the development of a comprehensive National Homebuilder Certificate Course for management training and was a certified "Charter" graduate of the educational course and recognized as a "Certified Housing Professional" in the housing industry.

He has also been instrumental in providing sales and marketing educational seminars for home builders, developers and their staff.

Dennis has been recognized with numerous corporate and industry awards and continues to strive for constant improvement of Hallmark Homes through education, excellence and competitiveness in all facets of the residential housing industry.

As a Real Estate Broker registered in the Province of Manitoba he has been a member of the Winnipeg Realtors Association, Manitoba Real Estate Board and the Canadian Real Estate Association since 1980.

Sean works personally with each Hallmark Homes customer to assist in the development of plans, specifications and scheduling and coordinates the completion of construction while maintaining customer contact throughout the entire building process.

His career in the residential housing industry began while he was still in school ... learning literally from the ground up, while working on residential construction and model home sites.

In the early 1980's, while still in high school Sean worked part time with Hallmark Homes on major residential and commercial renovations and new home construction sites.

After graduating in 1983 Sean began his full time career with Hallmark Homes And during the past 27 years he has been totally involved and educated in all facets of the company including residential design, coordination of trades and construction planning, safety, customer communications, marketing, sales and management planning.

Sean has previously qualified as a technical representative for construction of homes built under the R2000 program and Hallmark Homes now offers clientele the benefits and energy saving features of Manitoba Hydro’s Power Smart Program.

In addition he has completed numerous trade, educational and safety programs to stay at the leading edge of advances in construction, energy efficiency and safety technology. This training provides each Hallmark Homes customer with the assurance that their home will be constructed using advanced systems, products and construction management and that Hallmark will provide support to maintain a safe jobsite.

Jeff is involved in all aspects of Hallmark Homes including managing the resources of scheduling and coordination to the completion of construction of your new home, Jeff is also another point of contact to ensure any and all questions you may have as one of our new home owners can be addressed. Having a strong mechanical “hands-on” aptitude, Jeff is always up for the challenge.

Jeff brings many years of refined customer service to Hallmark Homes. Having worked in a consultative roll with some of Manitoba’s leading computer aided designers for many years Jeff provides fresh, new and innovative ideas to the Hallmark Homes team and our customers.

Jeff’s not new to the Hallmark Home team having worked previously in the early 80’s on Hallmark Homes residential renovation team as well as being a long time high-school friend with Sean Checkley, Vice President of Hallmark Homes.

Having benefited from extensive product and installation courses in various industry fields Jeff also holds numerous achievement awards and recognitions based on sales, customer service, product knowledge, and promotion. Jeff is also recognized as a Certified Sales Professional with Autodesk of Canada, the creator of some of the Worlds most widely used computer aided design (CAD) software used by home designers and architects alike.
